RIVER ERNE (SPECIAL LOCAL LICENCES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 74
(6)and by section 77
(3)of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 83 of 1965 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, in so far as relates to the licence duty of £40 fixed as payable in respect of the special local licence to which this Order relates, hereby order as follows:— 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1967.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of April,
- Article 4 (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 89 of 1959 )) of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 ( S. R. & O. No. 178 of 1934 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph
(1)of " £40 " for " £25 " (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 131 of 1965 )).
- The River Erne (Special Local Licence Duty) (Method of Payment) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1959 ), is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 26th day of April,
- NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the foregoing Order so far as the same relates to the licence duty of £40 fixed in respect of special local licences. - CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order provides that the special local licence duty payable in respect of a draft net for use in the tidal waters of the River Erne shall be £
