Number 1 of 1968 INDUSTRIAL GRANTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1968 AN ACT TO EXTEND THE TIME WITHIN WHICH AN FORAS TIONSCAL MAY APPROVE ENLARGEMENTS AND ADAPTATIONS OF INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS IN RESPECT OF WHICH APPLICATIONS FOR GRANTS BY AN FORAS TIONSCAL HAVE BEEN MADE. [5th March, 1968] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Time for approval by An Foras Tionscal of enlargements and adaptations of undertakings. 1.—A grant may be made under section 4 of the Undeveloped Areas (Amendment) Act, 1963, after the 31st day of March, 1966, in respect of an enlargement or adaptation that is of the kind referred to in that section and is approved by the Board on or after the 31st day of March, 1966, and before the 30th day of June, 1968, and a grant may be made under section 4 of the Industrial Grants (Amendment) Act, 1963, after the 31st day of March, 1966, in respect of an enlargement or adaptation that is of the kind referred to in that section and is approved by the Board on or after the 31st day of March, 1966, and before the 30th day of June, 1968, if, in each case, an application for the grant was made to the Board, before the 30th day of September, 1967, and, in case the application was made after the 31st day of March, 1966, the enlargement or adaptation was or is commenced after the date of the making of the application and, accordingly, “30th day of June, 1968” is hereby substituted for “31st day of December, 1967” (inserted by the Industrial Grants (Amendment) Act, 1966 ) where it secondly occurs in subsection
