IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (IRON AND STEEL PRODUCTS) ORDER, 1968. I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and section 22 of the Finance Act, 1962 (No. 15 of 1962), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Iron and Steel Products) Order, 1968. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of June, 1968. 3. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Imposition of Duties (No. 159) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 132 of 1966 ). 4. The duties of customs imposed by paragraph 5 of and mentioned in the Schedule to the Principal Order at tariff heading numbers 73.10 (A)

(2), (ii) the substitution for the matter in the first column of the Schedule at tariff heading number 73.11 (B)
(2)of the following: " H, I, T and U sections of which the greatest cross-sectional dimension does not exceed 10 inches: (
