BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS ORDER OF 1926 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1968. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 10 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows : 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Bovine Tuberculosis Order of 1926 (Revocation) Order, 1968.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of August,
- The Bovine Tuberculosis Order of 1926 (S.R. & O., No. 18 of 1926), is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of July,
- NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to revoke the Order mentioned in Article 2, which was administered by the local authorities and referred to certain clinical forms of bovine tuberculosis.
