CONTROL OF EXPORTS (SOUTHERN RHODESIA) ORDER, 1968. I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), which Act is continued in force by the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1965 (No. 3 of 1965), and after consultation with the Minister for External Affairs, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports (Southern Rhodesia) Order, 1968.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of March,
- The exportation to Southern Rhodesia of any goods specified in the Schedule hereunder is hereby prohibited save under and in accordance with a licence. SCHEDULE Arms. Ammunition. Aircraft. Motor vehicles. Plant, machinery, component parts and materials for the manufacture, assembly or maintenance of arms, ammunition, aircraft or motor vehicles. Mineral oils and natural gases, and hydrocarbons derived wholly or mainly therefrom or from coal, bituminous shale or other mineral, but excluding pharmaceutical products, insecticides and pesticides.
