GREYHOUND TRAINERS' (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1969. Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 37 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also by subsection
(3)of section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following Regulations, that is to say :—
- These Regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Trainers' (Amendment) Regulations,
- The Greyhound Trainers' Regulations, 1961 (No. 58 of 1961) are hereby amended by the deletion of sub-article
(2)of Article 10 thereof and the substitution therefor of a sub-article in the following terms :— Copies of such records shall be sent to the Board on the first Friday of each month.
- These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March,
- GIVEN under the Seal of Bord na gCon, this 13th day of January,
- (Sgd.) DES HANRAHAN, Chairman of the Board, (Sgd.) S. P. FLANAGAN, Chief Officer of the Board, an officer authorised by the Board to authenticate the Board's seal. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of these regulations is to fix a day in each month on which public trainers shall submit records to the Board.
