FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRE (KILLYBEGS) ORDER, 1969. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2
(1)of the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), hereby order as follows :
- This Order may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) Order,
- This Order shall come into operation on the 10th day of November,
- The area defined in paragraph 4 of this Order is hereby declared to be a fishery harbour centre and is referred to in this Order as Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre.
- That part of Killybegs Harbour and of the land adjoining it within the outer margin of the red line on the map annexed hereto is hereby defined as the area of Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre.
- All the property (real and personal) in Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre of the Killybegs Harbour Commissioners and all rights and liabilities of those Commissioners in or relating to Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre are hereby transferred to the Minister.
- The Killybegs Harbour Commissioners shall cease to exercise or carry out any powers, functions or duties in relation to Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of November,

This Order declares and defines the area of Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre and transfers to the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries from 10th November, 1969, all the property, rights and liabilities of Killybegs Harbour Commissioners who stand dissolved from that date.
