No. 252 of 1969. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (No. 182) (IMMATURE SPIRITS) ORDER, 1969. The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 1 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (No. 182) (Immature Spirits) Order, 1969. 2. On and from the 9th day of December, 1969, the duties imposed by section 9 of the Finance Act, 1926 (No. 35 of 1926), and specified in the Second Schedule to that Act, shall be varied by the substitution of " three years " for " five years " in Parts I and II of that Schedule. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 9th day of December, 1969. SEÁN Ó LOINSIGH, Taoiseach. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This order provides that the additional duty chargeable on immature spirits under Section 9 of the Finance Act, 1926 shall apply only to spirits which have been warehoused for less than three years.
