HOUSING AUTHORITIES (LOAN CHARGES CONTRIBUTIONS AND MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 1967 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1970. The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5 and 90 of the Housing Act, 1966 , (No. 21 of 1966) hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Authorities (Loan Charges Contributions and Management) Regulations, 1967 (Amendment) Regulations, 1970. 2. The form of transfer order for the purposes of Section 90 of the Housing Act, 1966 , prescribed by article 9 and the Schedule to the Housing Authorities (Loan Charges Contributions and Management) Regulations, 1967 ( S.I. No. 71 of 1967 ) shall, where the transfer order effects the sale or lease of a dwelling for which the purchase money is paid to the housing authority on or before the making of the transfer order, be amended by the deletion therefrom of paragraph 4 (which relates to special conditions). These Regulations amend the form of transfer order for the sale or lease under section 90 of the Housing Act 1966 , of a dwelling by a housing authority where the purchase money is paid on or before the making of the transfer order. The amendment provides for the deletion of special conditions (as defined in section 89 of the Housing Act, 1966 ) which would be inappropriate where the transfer is by sale on payment to the housing authority of the purchase money.
