Act Referred to Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966 1966, No. 7 Number 2 of 1971 BROADCASTING AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1971 AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE BROADCASTING AUTHORITY ACTS, 1960 TO 1966. [3rd March, 1971.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: Amendment of section 2 of Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966. 1.— Section 2 of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966 , shall have effect in relation to each of the financial years ending on the 31st day of March, 1971, and on the 31st day of March, 1972, respectively, and accordingly the reference in that section to five consecutive financial years shall be construed as a reference to seven consecutive financial years.
