No. 107 of 1971. HEALTH BOARDS (FUNCTIONS OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS) ORDER, 1971. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 6
(3)of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Health Boards (Functions of Chief Executive Officers) Order,
- This Order shall come into operation on the 1st April,
- Each reference to a health authority, specified in the third column of the Schedule in the enactments and statutory instruments mentioned in the second column, shall be construed as a reference to the chief executive officer of a health board.
