SHANNON AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1971. I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16
(3)of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ) hereby make the following bye-laws:
- These Bye-laws may be cited as the Shannon Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws,
- These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 15th day of February,
- The fees set out in the Schedule to these Bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Shannon Airport.
- The Shannon Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws, 1960 ( S.I. No. 169 of 1960 ), are hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. Type of Vehicle Rate of Fee Motor Cars 5p for a period not exceeding 3 hours. 10p for a period exceeding 3 hours but not exceeding 4 hours. 15p for a period exceeding 4 hours but not exceeding 6 hours. 25p for a period exceeding 6 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and 25p for each subsequent period of 24 hours. Motor Cycles 2½p for a period not exceeding 3 hours. 5p for a period exceeding 3 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and 5p for each subsequent period of 24 hours.
