INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF VOLUNTARY HEALTH SERVICE FUNDS (CORPORATE STATUS) ORDER, 1971. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3
(1)of the International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971 (No. 1 of 1971), after consultation with the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby makes the following Order as respects which, pursuant to section 9
(1)of the said Act, a draft has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas— 1. This Order may be cited as the International Federation of Voluntary Health Service Funds (Corporate Status) Order, 1971. 2. In this Order— " the Act " means the International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971 . 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1971. 4. A body to be known as the International Federation of Voluntary Health Service Funds (hereinafter referred to as the Federation) is hereby established as a body with corporate status under the A ct. 5. The seal of the Federation shall be authenticated by the signature of (
- a)any two members of the Council of Management of the Federation, or (
- b)the signatures of any one member of the Council of Management and the signature of the Administrative Director of the Federation. The Order establishes the International Federation of Voluntary Health Service Funds as a body with corporate status under the International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971 .
