DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (BUTTER LEVY) ORDER, 1971. AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called "the Board"), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 37 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy) Order, 1971. 2. The Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 124 of 1966 ) is hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of December, 1971. 3. The rates of butter levy payable to the Board shall be as follows:— (
4. i)£4.4833 per cwt. on creamery butter manufactured prior to 1st December, 1971, and either delivered on sale (other than to An Bord Bainne) by every registered proprietor of a creamery or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor; (
5. ii)£13.2833 per cwt. on creamery butter manufactured prior to 1st December, 1971, and sold by every registered proprietor of a creamery to the Board and (iii) 48.33p per cwt. on creamery butter manufactured on or after 1st December, 1971, and either delivered on sale by every registered proprietor of a creamery or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor. 4. The said rates of butter levy shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1971. GIVEN under the Seal of the Board this 1st day of December, 1971. J. O'NEILL, Chairman of the Board. P. A. This order fixes £4.4833 per cwt. on the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne on creamery butter manufactured prior to 1st December, 1971, and either delivered on sale other than to An Bord Bainne by every registered proprietor of a creamery or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor and fixes 48.33p per cwt. on creamery butter manufactured on or after 1st December, 1971, and either delivered on sale by every registered proprietor of a creamery or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor. This order also fixes £13.2833 per cwt. as the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne on creamery butter manufactured prior to 1st December, 1971, and sold by every registered proprietor of a creamery to the Board.
