No. 327 of 1971. DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (MILK LEVY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1971. AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called " the Board "), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 36 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Milk Levy) (No. 2) Order, 1971. 2. The Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Milk Levy) Order, 1971 is hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of December, 1971. 3. The rate of milk levy shall be .25 pence per gallon. 4. The said rate of milk levy shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1971. GIVEN under the Seal of the Board this 10th day of December, 1971.
