(1)of the Principal Regulations, as amended by Regulation 2 of the Money Order Amendment (No. 10) Regulations, 1921 (S.R. & O., No. 1205 of 1921), and Regulation 4 of the Money Order Amendment (No. 18) Regulations, 1968 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1968 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following tables for Tables A, B and C which set out the poundage and fees payable in respect of money orders:– "A Poundage In respect of inland money orders : for an amount not exceeding £50.00 ... ... 12½p for an amount exceeding £50.00 but not exceeding £75.00 ... ... ... ... ... 14p for an amount exceeding £75.00 but not exceeding £100.00 ... ... ... ... ... 15p B Poundage In respect of foreign money orders: for every £1.00, or fraction of £1.00, up to and including £2.00 ... ... ... ... ... 2½p for every additional £2.00, or fraction of £2.00 ... 2½p C Poundage In respect of supplementary services: for correcting or altering the name of the remitter or payee ... ... ... ... ... ½p for stopping payment ... ... ... ... ... 1½p for the issue of a duplicate money order (including stopping payment of the original order) ... 2½p for the renewal of a void money order ... ... 2½p for an advice or certificate of payment of an inland money order ... ... ... ... ... 1p for an advice or certificate of payment of a foreign money order 1p"
- Regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution of " a supplementary fee of one new penny " for " a supplementary fee of twopence". GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 4th day of February,
