LALOR, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22A (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 208 of 1965 ), as continued in force by the Prices Stabilisation (Continuance) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1972 ), hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Milk) (Ballinasloe) (No. 3) Order
- This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May,
- In this Order— "bottled milk" means fresh milk placed in any closed receptacle of a capacity exceeding a half-pint and not exceeding one quart at a wholesaler's or retailer's premises; "fresh milk" has the meaning assigned to it by the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), and the regulations made thereunder.
- The maximum prices at which bottled milk (other than milk which is highest grade milk within the meaning of the Milk and Dairies (Special Designations) Regulations, 1938 to 1955) may be sold by retail in the urban district of Ballinasloe in the county of Galway during each of the months May, 1972, June, 1972, July, 1972, August, 1972, September, 1972, and October, 1972, shall be prices calculated at the rate of 4½p per pint.
