AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) (ROUTE CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1972. I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), as amended by section 1 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1971 (No. 19 of 1971), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party) : 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1972, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1972.
(2)The collective citation " the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 and 1972 ", shall include these Regulations. 2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 ( S.I. No. 290 of 1971 ), as amended by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1972 ( S.I. No. 59 of 1972 ) are hereby amended by the substitution for the Schedule of the Schedule set out in the Annex to these Regulations.
