I, PÁDRAIG Ó FACHTNA, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 11
(5)and 23 of the School Attendance Act, 1926 (No. 17 of 1926), hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Local Government, order as follows :
- This Order may be cited as the School Attendance Committees (Qualifications of Officers) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- Article 4
(1)(
- a)(
- ii)of the School Attendance Committees (Qualifications of Officers) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 329 of 1956 ), shall not apply in the case of a person to whom the provisions of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956 (No. 10 of 1956), apply.
