AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 332 of 1972. LAND ACT, 1965 (ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES OF QUALIFIED PERSONS) REGULATIONS, 1972. I, SEAN FLANAGAN, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 45 of the Land Act, 1965 (No. 2 of 1965), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Act, 1965 (Additional Categories of Qualified Persons) Regulations, 1972. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1st day of January, 1973. 3. For the purposes of the definition of "qualified person" in section 45 of the Land Act, 1965 (No. 2 of 1965), the following categories are hereby declared to be additional categories, namely, the persons and bodies specified as beneficiaries under the Directives of the European Communities listed in the Schedule to these Regulations.
