I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor) (No. 3) Order, 1973. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of May, 1973. 3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor) Order, 1973 ( S.I. EXPLANATORY NOTE This Order increases the maximum prices at which certain types of intoxicating liquor may be sold in the urban district of Dundalk and in the urban district of Longford. The former maximum prices fixed for the areas may be increased by: (a) 1p per pint of stout, ale and lager; (b) ½p per half pint of stout, ale and lager; (c) 3p per glass of spirits, and (d) ½p per half glass of spirits.
