AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 214 of 1973. AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) (ROUTE CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1973. I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), as amended by section 1 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1971 (No. 19 of 1971), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party): 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1973, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1973.
(2)The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 and 1972, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 to
- The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 ( S.I. No. 290 of 1971 ), as amended by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1972 ( S.I. No. 59 of 1972 ), and the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1972 ( S.I. No. 160 of 1972 ), are hereby amended as follows: ( a ) in paragraph
(1)of Regulation 5, for "0.8909 United States dollars" there shall be substituted "0.9899 United States dollars"; ( b ) in paragraph
(7)of Regulation 5, for "0.5235 United States dollars" there shall be substituted "0.5816 United States dollars" and for "0.8909 United States dollars" there shall be substituted "0.9899 United States dollars"; ( c ) for the Schedule there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Annex to these Regulations.
