I, GERARD COLLINS, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 15 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (No. 5 of 1972), hereby make the following regulations: 1.

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (Form of Notice for the Purpose of Section 2) Regulations, 1973.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March,
  2. The notice to be given to the Minister pursuant to section 2
(2)of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (No. 5 of 1972), by a television dealer shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. SCHEDULE. WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT, 1972 . NOTICE to the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs by a Television Dealer pursuant to Section 2 of the above Act. TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Section 2
(2)of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 , the following information is hereby given by the undersigned to the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, namely:
