I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Milk) Order, 1973. 2. In this Order "bottled milk" means liquid milk in any closed receptacle containing more than a half-pint and not more than a quart but does not include separated milk, skim milk, buttermilk, condensed milk or cream. 3. The maximum prices at which bottled milk (other than milk described when bottled as highest grade milk) may be sold by retail shall be prices calculated at the rate of 5p per pint.
