MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR) ORDER, 1973. I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor) Order, 1973. 2. This Order shall apply to the area comprising the urban district of Dundalk in the county of Louth. 3. This Order shall not apply to intoxicating liquor sold in premises registered under the Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1970. 4. The maximum price at which intoxicating liquor mentioned in column

(2)of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column
(3)at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in the said column
