MAXIMUM PRICES (HOUSEHOLD GOODS) ORDER, 1975 I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) Order, 1975. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of January, 1975. 3.
(1)The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column
(2)of Part I of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column
(3)of that Schedule at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column
(3)at that reference number.
(2)The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column
(2)of Part II of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column
(3)of that Schedule at that reference number.
(3)When a commodity is sold in a manner other than that specified in column
(3)of the Schedule to this Order it shall be sold at a rate corresponding to that specified in that column. 4. The Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 7) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 337 of 1974 ), is hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. Reference Number Commodity Maximum Price
