I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (No. 21 of 1973) hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (Transfer Day) Order, 1975. 2. The 31st day of January, 1975 is hereby appointed to be the transfer day for the purposes of the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (No. 21 of 1973). The principal effect of this Order is that the assets and liabilities of An Bord Bainne are transferred to An Bord Bainne Co-operative Ltd., with effect as from 31st January, 1975.
