HEALTH ACT, 1970 (ADAPTATION) REGULATIONS, 1975. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 85 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby makes the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Act, 1970 (Adaptation) Regulations, 1975. 2. Section 24 of the Health Authorities Act, 1960 (No. 9 of 1960) shall be adapted— ( a ) by the substitution in subsection
(1)of the words "the South-Eastern Health Board" for the words "the Waterford Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority", and ( b ) by the substitution in subsection
(2)of the words "the Southern Health Board" for the words "the Cork Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority".
