No. 92 of 1975. STOCK TRANSFER ACT, 1963 (AMENDMENT OF FORMS) REGULATIONS, 1975. I, RICHIE RYAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 (No. 34 of 1963), hereby make the following regulations : 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 (Amendment of Forms) Regulations, 1975. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1975. 3. The First Schedule to the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 (No. 34 of 1963), is hereby amended by the substitution in the stock transfer form specified therein for "Full name of Undertaking" and "Full description of Security" of "Name of Undertaking" and "Description of Security", respectively. 4. The Second Schedule to the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 , is hereby amended by the substitution in the brokers transfer form specified therein for "Full name of Undertaking" and "Full description of Security" of "Name of Undertaking" and "Description of Security", respectively. These Regulations amend the stock transfer form and brokers transfer form set out in the First and Second Schedules to the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 in order to allow standard abbreviations of names of undertakings and of descriptions of securities to be used in the forms.
