No. 311 of 1976. MAXIMUM PRICES (MARGARINE AND COOKING FATS) (No. 4) ORDER, 1976. The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Margarine and Cooking Fats) (No. 4) Order, 1976. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of January, 1977. 3.
(1)The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column
(2)of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column
(3)of that Schedule at that reference number.
(2)When a commodity mentioned in the Schedule to this Order is sold by retail in a manner other than that specified in relation to the commodity in that Schedule, the maximum price at which it may be sold shall be calculated at a rate corresponding to the rate specified in relation to the commodity in that Schedule. 4. The Maximum Prices (Margarine and Cooking Fats) (No. 3) Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 277 of 1976 ) is hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. Reference Number
