CORK AIRPORT (PARKING FEE) BYE-LAWS, 1976. I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16
(3)of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 , (No. 4 of 1950) and the Transport, Fueland Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws:
- These Bye-laws may be cited as the Cork Airport (Parking Fee) Bye-laws,
- These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 1st day of April,
- The fee to be charged for the parking of motor cars at Cork Airport shall be 15p.
- The Cork Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws 1971 ( S.I. No. 20 of 1971 ), are hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 24th day of March,
- PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The purpose of these bye-laws is to prescribe the fee which may be charged for the parking of motor cars at Cork Airport with effect from 1st April,
