RIVER ERNE (SPECIAL LOCAL LICENCES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1976. I, MICHAEL PAT MURPHY, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 74 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 83 of 1965 ) (as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 )), and the Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 93 of 1973 ), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, in so far as relates to the licence duty of £40 fixed as payable in respect of the special local licence to which this Order relates, hereby order as follows:— 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1976.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of May, 1976. 2. Article 4
(1)(inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 89 of 1959 )), of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 (S.R. & O, No. 178 of 1934), shall have effect as if "£40" were substituted for "£10" (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 193 of 1972 )).
- The River Erne (Special Local Licence Duty) (Method of Payment) (Amendment) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 194 of 1972 ), is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my hand, this 30th day of April,

The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Order so far as the same relates to the licence duty of £40 fixed in respect of special local licences.
