IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (DUMPING AND SUBSIDIES) (PROVISIONAL DUTY ON WOODEN LOUVRE DOORS) ORDER, 1977. WHEREAS during an investigation by An Coimisiún Dumpála under section 7 of the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1968 (No. 11 of 1968), in relation to goods of the kind specified in Article 2 of the Order following, that Commission recommended to the Minister for Industry and Commerce that a provisional duty of an amount equal to 38 per cent of the value of the goods be imposed for a period of six months on goods of the kind aforesaid: NOW, I JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the said Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1968 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (Provisional Duty on Wooden Louvre Doors) Order, 1977. 2. A provisional duty of an amount equal to 38 per cent. of the value of the goods shall be charged, levied and paid on goods of the following description that are imported into the State between the 24th day of May, 1977, and the 23rd day of November, 1977, that is to say, wooden louvre doors that are classified at tariff code number 4423-230 in the Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 200) (Customs and Excise Duties and Form of Tariff) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 220 of 1972 ), and originate in Taiwan or are exported from Taiwan to the State. 3. For the purposes of this Order, the country of origin of goods shall be determined in accordance with the rules of origin contained in Regulation (EEC) 802/68* of the Council. *OJ No. L148, 28/6/1968, p. 1. 4. The duty imposed by this Order is hereby placed under the care and management of the Revenue Commissioners. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 17th day of May, 1977. This Order provides for the imposition for a period of six months of a provisional duty of 38% ad valorem on wooden louvre doors originating in Taiwan.
