MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR) ORDER, 1977. The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 (No. 96 of 1973), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor) Order, 1977. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of September, 1977. 3. In this Order— "glass" means half-gill; "half-glass" means quarter-gill; "premises" does not include any premises registered for the time being under the Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1975. 4. The maximum price at which intoxicating liquor of a kind specified in column

(2)of the Table to this Article at any reference number may be sold in the quantity measure or unit specified in that column at that reference number in any particular part of any premises for consumption on the premises shall be the lowest price specified in respect of that liquor for that quantity, measure or unit thereof in any notice displayed in that part of those premises under the Retail Price (Beverages in Licensed Premises) Display Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1976 ), between the 8th day of August, 1977, and the 12th day of August, 1977, increased by the amount specified in column
(3)of that Table at that reference number. Reference Number
