I, TOM FITZPATRICK, T.D., Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Road Transport) (Amendment) Regulations, 1977. 2. The European Communities (Road Transport) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 57 of 1974 ) shall be construed as if the reference in Regulation 2 to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2829/72 of 28 December, 1972 were a reference to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3164/761 of 16 December, 1976. 1 OJ L357, 29/12/1976, p.1.
