I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Juries Act, 1976 (No. 4 of 1976), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Jury Districts Order, 1977. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of April, 1977. 3. Part II of the Schedule to the Jury Districts Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 57 of 1976 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for— "Jury District No. 2 (Drogheda). Consisting of the Borough of Drogheda and the following District Electoral Divisions in the County of Louth Collon, Drumcar, Dunleer, Clogher, Dysart, Monasterboice, Mullary, Termonfeckin, St. Peter's". of "Jury District No. 2 (Drogheda). Consisting of the Borough of Drogheda, the following District Electoral Divisions in the County of Louth Collon, Drumcar, Dunleer, Clogher, Dysart, Monasterboice, Mullary and Termonfeckin and the parts of the District Electoral Division of St. Peter's in the County of Louth which are not comprised in the Borough of Drogheda."
