FOREIGN POST AMENDMENT (No. 19) WARRANT, 1978. I, TOM FITZPATRICK, Minister of State at the Department of Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 2 , 3 and 6 of the Post Office (Amendment) Act 1969 (No. 18 of 1969), and the Posts and Telegraphs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 3 of 1978 ), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Warrant may be cited as the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 19) Warrant, 1978.
(2)This Warrant shall come into operation on the 10th day of July,
- In this warrant "the Warrant of 1977" means the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 18) Warrant, 1977 ( S.I. No. 213 of 1977 ).
- Regulation 5
(1)of the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 4) Warrant, 1956 ( S.I. No. 148 of 1956 ) (inserted by Regulation 6 of the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 15) Warrant, 1974 ( S.I. No. 281 of 1974 )), as amended by Regulation 5 of the Warrant of 1977 is hereby amended by the substitution of "62p" for "44p". 4. Regulation 5
(2)of the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 5) Warrant, 1957 ( S.I. No. 58 of 1957 ), inserted by Regulation 7 of the Warrant of 1977, is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (a) of "44p" for "31 p". GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of June,

- EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Warrant applies to the Foreign Post service and comes into operation on the 10th July,
