I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3

(1)of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Electricity Supply Board) Order,
  3. The 15th day of August, 1978, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to the Electricity Supply Board. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Labour this 15th day of August,
  4. B. MAC MAGHNUIS. A person authorised by the Minister for Labour to authenticate the Official Seal of the Minister. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This order prescribes the appointed day for determining election years for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to the Electricity Supply Board.
