AmendmentsLeasuithe I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3
(1)of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Bord na Móna) Order,
- The 23rd day of August, 1978, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to Bord na Móna. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 23rd day of August,
