(1)of those Regulations which are imported into the State and originate in Bulgaria, ( b )

(1)(a) of those Regulations which are imported into the State and originate in Bulgaria or the German Democratic Republic, and ( c )

(1)(b) of those Regulations which are imported into the State and originate in the German Democratic Republic, shall, in lieu of the rate specified in Article 5 of those Regulations, be at a rate of an amount equal to the amount by which the import price of the goods on which it is payable is lower than the effective price in relation to the goods specified in the Commission Communication published on the 30th day of December, 1978 amending the basic prices for certain iron and steel products.

1. For the purpose of these Regulations, the country of origin of goods shall be determined in accordance with the rules of origin contained in Council Regulation (EEC) No. 802/68 3 of the 27th day of June, 1968 (as amended). 1 OJ No. L 372, 30/12, 1978, p.

5. The duty imposed by these Regulations is hereby placed under the care and management of the Revenue Commissioners. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of January,
