AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 286 of 1979. MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 4) REGULATIONS, 1979. I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sections 4 and 10 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 4) Regulations, 1979. 2. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979). 3. The 28th day of each month shall be the day by which the return and the fee referred to in Section 4
(1)(c) of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister. 4. The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the form in which the return referred to in Section 4
(1)(c) of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister. 5. The fee referred to Section4
(1)(
- c)of the Act shall be forwarded to the Minister in the form of a cheque, money order or banker's draft. SCHEDULE. MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979).
