AmendmentsLeasuithe The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection
(11)of section 5 of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958 (No. 1 of 1958 ), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as An Foras Talúntais (Nomination of Members of the Council by Agricultural and Rural Organisations) (Amendment) Order,
- The An Foras Talúntais (Nomination of Members of the Council by Agricultural and Rural Organisations) Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 197 of 1973 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of " Irish Co-operative Organisation Society Limited " for "Irish Agricultural Organisation Society Limited " in the Schedule. The Order substitutes the Irish Co-operative Organisation Society Limited for the Irish Agricultural Organisation Society Limited in the list of agricultural and rural organisations which are entitled to nominate five persons to be members of the Council of An Foras Talúntais in accordance with section 5
(8)of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958 .
