I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 of the Irish Steel Holdings Limited (Amendment) Act, 1979 (No. 13 of 1979), and the Industry and Commerce (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 306 of 1977 ), hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Steel Holdings Limited (Amendment) Act, 1979 (Section 2) (Commencement) Order, 1979. 2. The 24th day of August, 1979, is hereby fixed as that on which section 2 of the Irish Steel Holdings Limited (Amendment) Act, 1979 (No. 13 of 1979), shall come into force.
