AmendmentsLeasuithe I, SEOIRSE O COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the Government Loans (Conversion) Act, 1951 (No. 12 of 1951), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the 12% Convertible Stock, 1979 (Closure of Register) Regulations, 1979. 2. The transfer by deed register of 12% Convertible Stock, 1979, being a Government Loan in relation to which an offer for conversion into 12% Conversion Stock, 1995 on the 15th day of September, 1979, has been made, may be closed for the period from the 3rd day of September, 1979, to the 15th day of September, 1979.
