AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Donncha Ó Gallchobhair, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Regulation 6 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Elections Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 355 of 1979 ), hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Polling Day) Order, 1979. 2. The poll at an election under Part IV of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), shall be held on the 12th day of December, 1979, and shall continue for the period beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 1st day of November, 1979.
