Number 22 of 1980 FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT, 1980 AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT, 1968 . [2nd July, 1980] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: Definition. 1.—In this Act “the Principal Act” means the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 . Amendment of section 4 of Principal Act. 2.—Section 4 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection
(6)(a) of “£500” for “£100”. Amendment of Schedule to Principal Act. 3.—The Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution of “Rossaveel” for “Galway”. Short title and collective citation. 4.—
(1)This Act may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1980.
(2)The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Fishery Harbour Centres Acts, 1968 and 1980.
