(5)of Section 48 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also by subsection
(3)of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:—
(1)The Greyhound Race Track (Race Card Charges) Regulations, 1980, are hereby revoked.
(2)These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Race Card Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1980.
(3)For the purpose of these regulations a racing session shall mean a programme of not more than ten races at a greyhound race track licensed under the Act.
(4)The maximum charge for race cards in respect of a racing session to be made at the greyhound race tracks listed hereunder shall be 25p. (5)These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June,
