I, RAY MacSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 10 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), as adapted by the Agriculture and Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 31 of 1977 ), hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1980.
(2)The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1967, ( S.I. No. 69 of 1967 ), and this Order may be cited together as the Portal Inspection Orders, 1924 to
- The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, as amended by the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1967, shall have effect as if— ( a ) "or in relation to" were inserted before "the ports" in paragraph (i) of Article 1, and ( b ) the entry in the Schedule to this Order were substituted in the right-hand column of the First Schedule for the entry in that column opposite "Rosslare" in the left-hand column of that Schedule.
