AmendmentsLeasuithe I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6
(2)of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Córas Iompair Éireann) (Nomination Day) Regulations,
- The 2nd day of September, 1980, is in relation to Córas Iompair Éireann hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977). GIVEN under my Official Seal this 18th day of June,
- GENE FITZGERALD. Minister for Labour. EXPLANATORY NOTE. These regulations appoint 2nd September, 1980, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to Córas Iompair Éireann shall be received by the returning officer.
