DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT, 1972 (PART IV DECLARATION) ORDER, 1980 I, Gene Fitzgerald, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 24 of the Dangerous Substances Act. 1972 (No. 10 of 1972), hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972 (Part IV Declaration) Order, 1980, and shall come into operation on the 15th day of September, 1980. 2. Each substance (whether or not a stabiliser has been added to it or it contains impurities which are normal to its manufacture) specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a dangerous substance for the purposes of Part IV of the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972 (No. 10 of 1972), on the ground that in the opinion of the Minister the substance constitutes a potential source of danger to person or property.
